How to Volunteer

  1. Welcome Jordan School District Volunteers!

We deeply appreciate the time, energy, and dedication our volunteers bring to our schools! To make getting involved as easy as possible, Jordan School District is transitioning to a new online volunteer application process through Frontline.

Say goodbye to paper forms—you can now complete your volunteer application in just a few clicks from your phone, tablet, or computer.

    Key Benefits for You

    • One & Done: Volunteer at multiple Jordan District schools using a single annual application.

    • Convenience: Apply anytime, anywhere from any smart device.

    • Clear Updates: Track your status seamlessly as your application is processed.

    How to Apply

To ensure the safety and security of our students, all volunteers must submit a new application each school year, even if you have volunteered in the past.

    1. Submit Your Application: Fill out the online application via Frontline and select all the schools where you would like to volunteer.

    2. School Review: Your selected school(s) will review your application to determine the level of access required for your volunteer role (Supervised or Unsupervised).

    3. Next Steps (If Applicable):

      • If your role involves Unsupervised Access (e.g., working one-on-one with students), The Jordan School District Human Resources team will guide you through completing a brief Code of Conduct training and any required fingerprinting/background check steps.

    4. Get Approved! Once everything is processed, both you and the school will receive a confirmation notification that you are ready to volunteer!
