Dear Parents,
Online Kindergarten Enrollment is now open!
If you have a child that will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2020, the child qualifies for next year’s kindergarten program. State law requires that all school districts in Utah abide by the same September 1st entrance cutoff date.
If you have neighbors who have qualifying Kindergarten children, please share this information and encourage them to call the school to get their children registered. Please enroll early! The number of Kindergarten sessions is determined by this enrollment. If you have any questions, please call the school at (801) 254-8040.
The Online Enrollment application for Kindergarten need to be completed by 4:00pm on February 13, 2020.
After you've filled out the online enrollment application, please bring into the main office the following documents:
- CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORD
- CHILD'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE (we will make a copy)
- PROOF OF ADDRESS (mortgage statement, lease agreement, recent utility bill, etc.)
- GUARDIAN'S PICTURE ID
