- A new fence was recently installed along the sidewalk near the drop-off/pick-up zone. Please do not stop your vehicles along the sidewalk where the fence is located. Students have been asked to wait at the end of the fence for their ride to pick them up. Please pull as far forward as possible and wait to pick up your child in the designated pick-up area. This better enables us to supervise students, as well to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
- As the cold and flu season approaches, please do your part to help us keep our school environment as healthy as possible. If your child is ill and doesn’t feel well enough to take part in school, please keep him/her home until the symptoms improve. This helps to prevent the spread of illness and keep others healthy.
- In order to ensure the safety of our students at Monte Vista Elementary, as well as the smooth flow of traffic in our parking lots, we would like to remind you of the following procedures.
